ODB-Tools is a project aimed at developing AI based tools to help in the design and use of Object Oriented Databases. A long-term design guideline of the project is to provide ODMG93-compliant interfaces.

• ODB-Designer: a tool for the validation of OODB schemas supporting schema validation and reorganization.
• ODB-QOptimizer: a tool to perform semantic query optimization. Queries must be expressed in a restricted OQL language.
